Raymond family collection, 1872-[ca. 1999].

The collection mostly consists of genealogical information for the Raymond family from research begun by Frederic Raymond ca. 1914 and continued by his daughter Elizabeth. The collection includes notebooks, genealogical correspondence, clippings, family group sheets and time lines, photographs, and other such records. There is additional information for the Bassett, Bennett, Conwell, Gleason, Henry, Jayne, Jepherson, Miller, Murray, Raymond, Read/Reed, Robinson, Sayre, Spearbeck, Wheeler, and Woodward families. Also in the collection are microfilmed and typed transcript copies of Joseph Murray Raymond's diary and letters from the 1860s while he was with Company I, 101st Ohio Volunteer Infantry Regiment, and letters and other papers from Frederic Newton Raymond while he traveled around Kansas.
